NetKeeper Portals are available as full WEB applications
The portal can be integrated into your WEB site and customized to match your WEB pages or it can be used as an independent application. End users can log calls and upload attachments to illustrate their problem requests. The new calls are automatically entered into the NetKeeper database and automatically assigned to a queue, tech or asset.
The layout of the pages is via HTML templates. This separates the business logic from the layout. Your WEB master can change the layout of the WEB pages without any concern that the business logic will be damaged. This is an important feature since WEB pages change often. By separating layout and business rules, updating your Portal's WEB pages is made much easier.
