1 Check that the shortcut used to start the program point to the same folder as the executable.
2 Verify that the datadir section in the hdnkcap.ini is correct
3 Check that you have rights to access the database, table and fields.
4 Reset user configurable list to defaults
5 Incorrect or damaged data
6 Check your serial number, an incorrect serial number will allow only one user to use the program.
