NetKeeper Technical Support is available to assist you with resolving issues resulting from the normal use of your NetKeeper software.

All NetKeeper customers have access to the Top FAQs to look up solutions to issues at no charge and free (one time only) Installation Support at support@netkeeper.com

NetKeeper Express customers with purchased licenses of less than 150 nodes can purchase support on a per incident basis or purchase a one year service contract.

Support Options

30-Day Installation E-mailSupport
All new customers who have purchased licenses of 150 nodes or more of NetKeeper Express automatic LAN audit software are entitled to free e-mail installation support for the first 30 days from the date of purchase of the software. Send your service request to: support@netkeeper.com

30-Day Installation Support - Email and Telephone
All new customers who have purchased licenses of 500 nodes or more of NetKeeper Express automatic LAN audit software are entitled to free e-mail and telephone installation support for the first 30 days from the date of purchase of the software. Call our toll free number or send your service request to: support@netkeeper.com

6 Month Service Contract
All new customers who have purchased licenses of 1,000 nodes or more of NetKeeper Express automatic LAN audit software are entitled to free e-mail and telephone installation support and all NetKeeper Express upgrades for first six months from the date of purchase of the software. Call our toll free number or send your service request to: support@netkeeper.com

Standard One Year Service Contracts:
Customers can purchase one year service contracts for NetKeeper Express and other NetKeeper software programs. Service contracts are 10% of the price of the software with a minimum charge of $350.00

Service contracts include:

  • Electronic submission of issues and questions
  • Product updates at no additional charge.
  • Toll free telephone support

Per Incident Telephone Support

  • Gives you the fastest access to the NetKeeper Support Team
  • Accessible between 9 AM and 6 PM EST
  • Charge is $25.00 per incident
  • We never charge for telephone calls related to NetKeeper bugs.
  • All Major credit cards accepted

Per Incident E-mail Support

  • Allows you to send requests for help or report issues at any time
  • Charge is $15.00 per incident
  • We never charge for e-mail related to NetKeeper bugs.
  • All Major credit cards accepted
