CREATE A SHORTCUT
All NetKeeper Help Desk and CRM software programs include the automatic e-mail and alpha-numeric pager programs. The automatic e-mail and page server program installs with the NetKeeper Help Desk Captain or NetKeeper CRM main console. It is not necessary to re-install the e-mail and page server program on the communications server. You can create a shortcut to run the e-mail and page server program or use Explorer and navigate to the directory where the NetKeeper Help Desk or CRM software is located.
