Running CSRT on a CLARION data file

The CSRT utility can automatically fix many data file problems. The utility is a good preventive maintenance tool.

This utility only applies to CLARION datafiles, NetKeeper Datafiles where the file extension is DAT. Example SCMNk.DAT
Do not use on SQL systems
Do not run this utility on other file types.

To run CSRT:

Backup your data files
Open a command box (DOS prompt box)
Navigate to the directory where you installed NetKeeper
Type:
CSRT filename
where file name is the name of the file you want to service
Example:
CSRT srvcall

If you open the CSRT utility, do not select "COMPRESS" from the utility's screen. This option is used only to save the data files in a compressed format.
