Enable the debug mode in NetKeeper Communications Server

The debug mode displays more messages on the server's console screen or server message screen. The additional messages are useful to help diagnose unexpected conditions.

To enable the debug mode for the NetKeeper Communications Servers:

1-Close the NetKeeper Communications Server program and use Windows Explorer to list the contents of the NetKeeper program directory.

2- Locate the file NKHDCAP.INI

Note: If you can't see the file extensions in explorer, enable details from the view menu in explorer and select show all files from the view options.

3-Double click on NKHDCAP.INI to open the file for edit.

4-Scroll to the end of the file and add the following lines:
[Debug]
Detail=ON

5-Save the NKHDCAP.INI file

6-Start the NetKeeper Communications Server program.
