To select the Service Rquest Screen lookup button display mode:
Login as admin (ADM)
Select UTILITIES from the main menu
Select SETUP DATA
Select the tab labeled SETUP-4
Set CONTACT LOOKUP IN SERVICE CALL to Tier 1 to display the Organization List
or
Set CONTACT LOOKUP IN SERVICE CALL to Tier 2 to display the Contact List
Click OK to save the changes
