The default run-time report engine (c5print.exe in v6.16) can be changed through the setup screen in NetKeeper Help Desk Captain. You only need to change this field if you have updated your copy of the Clarion Report Writer to a newer vesion.

If you change the report engine in Captain you must also change it for NetKeeper Express in the nkwexp.ini file

Changing the run-time report engine in NetKeeper Captain :

Login as Administrator (ADM)
Select UTILITIES | SETUP DATA
Select the SETUP tab
Enter the new RW print engine executable name
Click OK to save the change.

Changing the run-time report engine in NetKeeper Captain :
You will need to locate and modify the NKWEXP.INI configuration file for NetKeeper Express.

Use Windows Explorer to locate the nkwexp.ini fie
Double click the file to open the .ini file in the Notepad editor
Add or modify the following lines:
Note just add or modify the "RWprintEng=" line if the [Reports] section header already exists.

RWprintEng=c5print.exe
