Quit all NetKeeper usage before installing a new version. This includes other users on your network.

The installation program will not be able to complete the installation and will create temporary files for later installation. If, at the end of the installation, the installation program requests a reboot you had other users on line. Have the other users exit the program and re-do the installation.
