Not all new files are installed if a program is running during program installations.

The installation program may not be able to install all the required files if a copy of a NetKeeper program is running during installation of a program upgrade. The upgrade will be incomplete and you will see incorrect program behavior.

Make sure that no one is running the NetKeeper program before upgrading your software. This includes the WEB servers, auto escalation servers and the communications servers.
