No data will be displayed if your start the program in the wrong directory. The program will just create empty data files.

It is possible to create a shortcut that will "point" to the wrong directory. Check that the "start in" directory is the same as the directory where the NetKeeper program is installed.

To check that the "start in" directory is correct in a Windows 95/98/NT shortcut:
1-Right mouse click on the shortcut to start the NetKeeper program
2-Select properties
3-Click the shortcut TAB
4-Check that the "start in" directory matches the directory for the executable file in the "target" field.

You can also check the program operation by starting the program from Windows Explorer. To start the program from Windows Explorer:
1-Start Windows Explorer
2-Navigate to display the directory (folder) where the NetKeeper program is installed.
3-Find the executable file to start. Example : To start NetKeeper Help Desk Captain start the NKHDCAP.EXE file
4-Double click on the executable file to start the file.
