Define the EXE path in the ISAPI setup.

nnn.nnn.nnn/cws/cwlaunch.dll/AppBroker/ will get you to the Application Broker setup utility.
In ere that you can enter the Exe directory ( e.g. :\cwicweb\exec\ )

In IIS admin; sometimes it was necessary to add the EXEC directory to the IIS directory list
