Automatic Page generation not enabled in the main NetKeeper Help Desk Console

Pages must be generated before they can be sent.

To enable page generation:

1- Enable Global Page Generation
*- Login as ADM to NetKeeper Help Desk Captain
*- Click UTILITIES form the main menu
*- Click SETUP DATA
*- Select SETUP
*- Check the ENABLE PAGING MESSAGES
*- Click OK to save the data

2-Enable the tech's Page generation
*- Login as ADM to NetKeeper Help Desk Captain
*- Click SERVICE CALLS on the main menu
*- Click HELP DESK TECHS
*- Select the tech and click CHANGE
*- Click TELEPHONES AND PAGE
*- Check the PAGE TECH check box
*- Click OK to save the data
