Here are the steps to receive optimum support

* - First, look at the the NetKeeper Web site under Tech Support. Review SolutionsKeeper and Top FAQ's. The answers to most setup questions can be found there. Most customers require little if any support in installing and setting up NetKeeper.

* - If you can not find an answer, send an e-mail to support@netkeeper.com. The support staff is on line during working hours.

* - Call tech support at 401-885-1916 and select the tech support option from the menu

* - If all techs are busy and can not pick up your call, fill the electronic form: name, phone and a short description of request. The calls are logged and answered in the order as they are received. It is not necessary to call again. We use NetKeeper Help Desk software to track your call. Your call will be processed promptly.
