Setting minimum priorities for Email and Page notification in NetKeeper Help Desk Captain

You can set NetKeeper Help Desk Captain to send Email or Pages only for cases of high priority.

*- Login as admin to NetKeeper Help Desk Captain
*- Select UTILITIES from the main menu
*- Select SETUP DATA
*- Select Entry Defaults 1
*- Enter the minimum priority for Email in "E MAIL PRIORITY"
*- Enter the minimum priority for Pages in "PAGER PRIORITY"

Example:
To send Email for cases with priority 3 or higher, set "E MAIL PRIORITY" to 3. This setting will send Email for cases with priority 3,2 or 1
