Upgrade the report writer run-time engine if you can't print service requests or other reports after upgrading your NetKeeper program.

To upgrade the report writer run-time engine:

*- Login to NetKeeper as administrator (ADM)
*- Click UTILITIES
*- Click SETUP DATA
*- Click the SETUP tab
*- Clear (erase) the RW print engine field
*- Click OK to save the data
*- Exit the NetKeeper program
*- Restart the program

Note: You can also enter the name of a different report writer run-time engine.
