Document ID : 000-000448 Created: 2/10/2000 Last changed on: 2/10/2000

You can add custom code to preset variables or initialize variables or to attach the request to a queue by adding statements in the SERVICE REQUEST DEFAULTS area in the SERVICE REQUEST tab of the E-mail rule.

How to enter a default value:
1- Start the HD Mail Administrator Program
2- Click E-mail rules
3- Highlight the rule
4- Double click on the rule or click CHANGE
5- Click on the SERVICE REQUEST tab
6- Click Create Request
7- Enter the condition or formula (see examples below)
Note: Make sure you don't have any blank lines at the end of your formula.

Examples:
scm:userdefs152='userdefs152'
scm:userdefs201='userdefs153'
scm:urgency=6
scm:Product='HD Mail'
scm:DueDate = TODAY() + 2
scm:DueTime = CLOCK() + 2*(36/864)
scm:hdqsysid=2
