To login as administrator to the end-user entry program (HELPDESK.EXE):

1- Open a command screen (DOS box)
2- Navigate to the directory where NetKeeper Help Desk Captain is installed
3- At the command line type:
helpdesk.exe /admin
4- Enter the ADM password.

Note: Double check that the ADM password is correct since the program will log you in even with the wrong ADM but without administrator privileges.
