The Clarion Report Writer requires a mapped drive not a UNC. The NetKeeper programs support both UNCs and mapped drives. However, running the NetKeeper programs from a UNC will then call the Report Writer from a UNC and the report may not run. Use mapped drives to avoid this problem.

To change the program and data directories to a mapped drive:
