Using CWIC with IIS4 -tip

Tto use IIS4 and CWIC a domain name must be used (cannot use an IP
address) and all the share directories defined underneath that. I am looking into making
the ISAPI dll filter in IIS4 but the above works just as it did in previous IIS.
