Flushing the browser's cache will often solve intermittent problems since a browser's cache can contain obsolete or damaged information.
Each browser has different procedures to flush the cached web pages and information.
For example, in IE5 (Internet Explorer 5):
Select TOOLS from the main menu bar in IE5
Click Internet Options
Select the GENERAL TAB
Click DELETE FILES in the TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES area
Click Delete all offline content
Click OK
