When saving a screen if two users open the same record at the same time and one user saves the data then the second user saving the data will receive a message that "The record was changed by another station".

The program then displays the new and most current data. This is the data saved by the first user.

The "ditto button" - usually CTRL " - will retrieve the data that the second user entered. To retrieve the data:

Click on the field that you want to update
Press CTRL " (Press and hold the CTRL key and press the double quote key)
