The column Initials in the JTechs table cannot be blank.
Open NetKeeper and display the Staff list (Help Desk tech list). Check that entries do not include blank initials.
While the program and the database required that this field not be NULL, it is possible for other applications to enter blank (spaces) in this field.
Enter one or more initials to correct the problem.
