The NetKeeper database and the NetKeeper program must be at the same revision level or the program will report "Error 47". This error indicates that there is one or more columns missing in a table.

"Dummy file" errors may also be caused by an incorrect table or database layout.

Upgrade the NetKeeper database layout to correct the problem.

You may need to run one or more NetKeeper conversion sql scripts to upgrade the NetKeeper database layout. The sql scripts are installed in the SQLscrpt folder within the NetKeeper program directory.

Note 1 : You may have the correct database release level but the database layout may have been accitentally changed by a dba.
