Assign rights to secondary screens such as e-mail screens and multiple selection screens when creating a new access level.

An "insufficient rights" error will be displayed If you do not assign rights to these screens. Some secondary screens are always processed even though they only appear when the function is requested. In other words, the screen is processed but not displayed.
