Enable e-mail and /or paging

E-mail and paging must be enabled for e-mail or paging to operate.

To enable:

*-Login as ADM
*-Select UTILITIES | SETUP DATA from the main menu
*-Select the SETUP tab
*-Click the check boxes to enable e-mail and enable paging.
*-Select the Entry Defaults 1 TAB
*-Set Default Priority, e-mail priority and pager priority as needed. The e-mail and the pager priorities are the minimum priority required to automatically send an e-mail or page. A minimum e-mail priority of 4 will send an e-mail for messages of priority 4,3,2,1 (0 is no priority at all).
*-Select the INTERNET E-MAIL tab
*-Enter your internet e-mail defaults
*-Click OK to save your new settings.
*-Exit and re-start the NetKeeper program
*-Select SERVICE CALLS | STAFF MEMBERS
*-Open a staff member data
*-Select the TELEPHONE and PAGE tab
*-Enable e-mail and/or paging
*-Click OK to save the data
