Assign rights to the "contact search results " screen

You must assign rights to the "Contact search results" screen to be able to search for contacts from the "Address" find in the service call form.
The "Contact search results" selection screen is displayed when more than one entry match the search parameters in the address box when you press Ctrl+F to find a contact.
To force the display of the "Contact search results" screen and assign rights:
*-Login as ADM (or sub-admin)
*-Click Service Calls | New Service Call
*-Enter a name (example John) that you know is duplicated in your contact database so there will be more than one match.
*-Press Ctrl+R when the "Contact search results" screen displays to assign access rights.
