Assign rights to the send mail screen

The send mail screen is used when you set the "Display Open/Close mail" in the setup options and you click OK or Close Case from a service request.

To force the display of the "send mail" screen and assign rights:

*-Login as ADM (or sub-admin)
*-Click Service Calls | New Service Call
*-Enter the case data
*-Click OK or "Close Case" (with the Display Open/Close mail previously set)
*-Press Ctrl+R when the "send mail" screen displays to assign access rights
