Enable the drill down option for the Super Case(master case)

This option will display items of child records of the Master case.

*Start NetKeeper as ADM
*Select Utilities -- SetUp Data
*Click Add New Std settings
*Click Other Settings Table
*Scroll Down till you find the section SCDefaults
*Find the name DrillDownAttach
*Open the item and set the value to 1
This will display all attachments of service requests and other items
Note : You can also enable drill-downs for Notes and To_dos. Use the items
named DrillDownNotes and DrillDownToDo
