Login as Administrator to the 2003 Server PC
From ADD-REMOVE programs
Click ADD/REMOVE Windows Components
Access the APPLICATION SERVER section
Access the IIS section
Access the World Wide WEB section
Verify that the ACTIVE SERVER PAGES is selected

Reboot the server
