How to send e-mail when the case closes

Login as admin to NetKeeper Help Desk Captain
Click Utilities | setup data
Click Add New Std Settings (to add the new settings to the settings list
Click Settings table
Set the following fields in the SCMDefaults section to your preference:
SCMMailCloseFormula -- Enter the optional formula for the close case e-mail in the value field
SCMMailCloseMailResNote -- Set value to 1 to add the resolution note to the e-mail sent when the tech closes the case.
SCMMailCloseSendMail -- Set value to 1 to send e-mail when the case is closed.
